Complaint and Grievance Handling process:
- Customer can lodge a complaint through registered E-mail id on ibuserviceqty@icicibank.com or by submitting duly signed Physical letter at IBU Gift City Branch
- IBU Branch acknowledge the complaint (within 7 days) in writing or E-mail respectively
- IBU shall resolve complaints within 45 days from the date of receipt of a complaint
- Once IBU has completed its investigation of a complaint, it will promptly:
- Advise the complainant in writing of the outcome
- Provide the complainant with the proposed redressal, if applicable
- Provide Redressal if accepted by the complainant
- ·If the complainant is not satisfied with the redressal proposed, IBU shall provide the appropriate contact details of senior management for escalation upon request of the complainant
- In case the Complaint shall be referred, wherever required to do so, to other financial institute, IBU shall obtain written consent from the customer before sharing the details to other financial institute
